STROS rack and pinion industrial elevators are primarily used as service elevators for the movement of personnel and material. The advantages of these elevators include easy installation, achievability of great lifting heights, easy implementation of structural modifications in the place of installation, no need for an enclosed shaft or a machinery room, and high durability in harsh environments, such as refineries, cement plants, or coal handling and offshore facilities. This equipment is also well suited for transmission towers, underground tunneling sites, silos, warehouses, power plants, or any other location where conventional traction or hydraulic elevators are impractical to install.
STROS will custom design, produce and install the exact elevator to your need, including total application engineering, special control systems, or explosion proof protection.

Application range wich could be served by our special and permanent industrial elevators:

Cement plants
Pulp & paper mills
Bridges
Mines
